Return/Refund Policy:
We do not offer refunds (other than for damaged items), but do offer exchanges. We accept exchanges within 14 days of when you received the item. Items must be returned in unwashed/unworn condition. We highly recommend shipping your item back with a tracking number. You can also reuse the package it was sent in.
Once we receive your exchange in the mail, you will receive an email with a store credit code to use to purchase your correct item. The amount paid for initial shipping when you placed your order will be added to your store credit so long as your order did not contain additional items outside of the item you are returning.
*After your exchange is approved, it must be sent back within 14 days. If you're beyond that time frame your return/exchange will be denied. Please keep this in mind.
We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Please confirm your address is correct. If your package is returned due to an inaccurate address placed at the time of order, you will be charged for shipping again.
